Tom Peterson is a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch in Cottonwood, Utah. Tom has been a financial advisor for over 30 years. In 2006 Tom lost his first wife, Roma, to ovarian cancer. After many years of wanting to raise funds in her honor, in 2014 Tom and his daughter Brooke founded the Cancierge Foundation. Tom lives in Holladay with his wife, Cynthia, and together they have six children.
Chairman & Founder
Brooke Peterson is a founding partner at B&B media and has created content campaigns for Walmart, Proggressive, Proctor and Gamble, and Unilever. She lost her mother, Roma Peterson, to Ovarian Cancer in 2006 and founded The Cancierge Foundation with her father, Tom Peterson, in 2014. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California, with her husband and daughter Rome, named in honor of her late mother.

Dr. Nitin Chandamouli
Dr. Nitin Chandamouli is a Hematologist & Oncologist who has had the privilege of treating and caring for cancer patients in Salt Lake City since 2002. A respected practitioner in the state and past president of the state Oncology society, Nitin has also been active in various community foundations for cancer patients including the Utah Cancer Foundation, and was a previous board member for A Quality Life Community. Nitin lives in Holladay with his wife, Jane, and their three children.
Mark O. Haroldsen
Mark O. Haroldsen was born in 1944 in Portland, Ore. He lived in many places in the world doing 2 years of his High School in Ankara, Turkey which gave him the travel bug and he has now visited 84 countries. His professional career started in Denver as a Stock Broker. He went from investing in stocks to investing in real estate from which he build a fortune. He then wrote a book “How to Wake up the Financial Genius Inside You” that sold 2 million copies. At this stage in his life he now gives his books away (he’s written 9 books) and he likes to donate to charitable causes. His mother Kathryn died at 70 from cancer.
Rich began his financial services career in 1985. This extensive industry experience has given him a clear understanding of how changing markets can affect portfolio outcomes. As the team’s leader, Rich draws on this understanding, together with his deep knowledge of municipal bonds, to help individuals preserve their wealth and assist charitable organizations in fulfilling their missions. He values the client relationships he has formed and finds it extremely gratifying when several generations of the same family turn to him for advice and guidance on complicated wealth management issues.
Kathy Lynch is a successful realtor in Salt Lake City who is semi-retired. She lost her husband to brain cancer in 1995 and raised 2 children on her own. Kathy has been involved with several organizations raising money for cancer.
Renee Chase relocated from Vermont 24 years ago and immediately became involved in the community by serving 2 terms on the Salt Lake Redevelopment Advisory committee, 10 years with Salt Lake County Fine arts and actively participating in the fundraising and development efforts for research, education and awareness of ovarian cancer, as well as other local non-profit organizations. She currently works as a Registered Associate at DA Davidson & Co . with the Hansen Investment Group, and lives in Sugarhouse with her husband.
